Where listings come from
Contractor listings are compiled from publicly available sources, including business listings, public review platforms, and Washington State licensing records. We organize them by metro and by the services each firm offers.
What "Licensed (L&I)" means here
A "Licensed" badge indicates that, at the time we compiled the listing, the contractor appeared to hold an active registration with the Washington Department of Labor & Industries (L&I). Registration status can change at any time. This badge is a starting point, not a guarantee. How we order listings
Listings are ordered using a combination of customer rating, review volume, range of services, and trust signals such as licensing, bonding, and years in business. "Featured" placement, where shown, is clearly labeled. Ordering does not constitute an endorsement, and you should evaluate every contractor independently.

Ratings reflect aggregated public review data and are provided for convenience. They are a snapshot and may not reflect your experience. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party reviews.
Corrections & claiming a listing
If your business is listed and a detail is wrong — or you'd like to claim or remove a listing — email hello@REPLACE-DOMAIN.com with your business name and L&I registration number. We review and act on legitimate requests.
Our independence
We are an independent directory and are not a licensed contractor. We do not perform remodeling work and do not provide legal, financial, or construction advice. Always get multiple written estimates and a signed contract before any work begins.
